Then, if you've placed at least $10 worth of orders on SR, you can skip the newb forum. That way those of us who've actually been using the Road for a while, but never really post much in here except to review vendors, wouldn't have to go through this bullshit...

Totally agree. This is kind of a nuisance for those of us who have been on sr for quite some time.

I dont understand the sudden need to post if you rarely post anyway.
I doubt you have information that others dont that would be invaluable.
What you need to be thankful for is a zero spam post booting is not in full effect yet.
If you want to be a contributing member of the community than contribute and stop lurking and complaining.

It would be cool if you could use an "SR Connect" service based on OpenID over Tor.
